For the past 20 years Aaron; a small business owner, has focused his efforts toward helping the less fortunate. He has mentored many young individuals; aiding not only their development of marketable skills but also in some cases guiding their transition to a productive life in the United States. Through his professional and personal experiences, Aaron has witnessed both the constructive effect of positive reinforcement as well as the destructiveness of ill placed stigmas on the lives of less fortunate individuals. With his focus shifting to the injustices face by individuals affected by HIV, Aaron looks forward implementing his project management and mentoring expertise in aiding United By Hope mission.
